This roundtable was the second in a series of M&E roundtables organised by CLEAR South Asia on Best Practices in Data Collection.
This roundtable organised by CLEAR South Asia on Best Practices of theories of change aimed to communicate important case studies of Theories of change practice among different stakeholders which shows that Theories of change are not linear when you start with a project or program and subsequently for evaluation.
